In accordance with the Group's "Notice on the Appointment and Dismissal of Positions of Comrade Liu Xiang and Others" (Group Gan Zi [2022] No. 14) and the "Notice on the Appointment and Dismissal of Positions of Comrade Peng Shaofeng and Others" (Group Gan Zi [2022] No. 15), it is approved that:

          Comrade Duan Qingfu no longer holds the positions of Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Employee Director of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Labor Union of Hesteel Group Shisteel Company;

          Comrade Liu Xiang assumes the position of Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hesteel Group Shisteel Company;

          Comrade Peng Shaofeng is proposed as the candidate for Employee Director of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Labor Union of Hesteel Group Shisteel Company.
